Yes, I have a question. Well, maybe two. Is it acceptable to use a picture when describing your character's appearance?

Also, is it okay to post an RP idea in the OCC section, to see if anyone would be interested in it first? (I hate trying to start RPs in the actual RP section, only to find out that no one wants to do that particular RP.)

As long as the picture you use isn't stolen or property of someone who wasn't asked about if first. If it's something like Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, etc that's acceptable. If it's something like those on Deviant Art or any other art site, you'll need permission first.

That is totally fine. The OOC section is used to brainstorm mostly anyways.

I would imagine that is ENTIRELY up to the GM of each individual RP. The only stipulation is that you keep the quality level of each RP to its respective subforum. Guidelines to each quality level can be found in each subforum ^_^.

As this is mostly an off-shoot of FTT to prevent...certain people...from literally destroying otherwise great RPs, I would find it quite odd if diaper-related RPs were not allowed.
